How a Task Flows

Five stations, one direction of travel — intent in, verified change out.

Intent
Operator states intent. The human sets the goal and the constraints; nothing moves until intent is explicit.

Plan
Architect (Opus) drafts the plan in plan mode. Opusplan: the expensive model thinks before anything is written.

Execute
Workhorse (Sonnet) executes — delegating recon to Scout, trivial edits to quickfix, and heavy parts to forge-opus along the way.

Verify
Verifier tries to refute the result. Evidence or it didn't happen — read-and-run only, no edits.

Sign-off
Strategist (Fable) consulted only if the decision is expensive to reverse — the gold channel, rarely opened.

The Loop That Improves Itself

Agents write lessons to memory. /triad-tune periodically audits them, and proposes config diffs against the triad's own doctrine and agent definitions. A human approves before anything is rewritten.
